जब reporting verb प्रशनवाचक हो तो निम्न लिखित तीन परिवर्तन होंगे।

1.reporting verb asked में बदलेगी

2.conjuction if/whether लिखा जायेगा

3.interrogative sentence affirmative sentence में लिखा जायेगा।

1.उसने मुझसे कहा क्या तुम उस पर दादागिरी करते हो ?

1.she said to me ,”do you intimidate over him?”

उसने मुझसे से कहा ,”क्या मै तुम पर जादु टोना अभी करता हु?

2.he said to me ,”do i incant over you now?”

present continuous बदलेगा past continuous में

मेरे पिता ने मुझसे कहा क्या तुम तुम्हारी बेवकुफी के कारण समय की कसौटी पर खरे नहीं उतर रहे हो

1.my father said to me ,”are you not holding water at touch stone of time due to your stupidity?”

उसने उससे कहा क्या मै मेरी तेज भुख के कारण स्वादिष्ट दावत चट कर रहा हु?

2.he said to him,”am i demolishing sumptuous feast due to my keen appetite ?”

present perfect बदलेगा past perfect में

उसने हमसे कहा क्या तुमने तुम्हारी धारदार कुल्हाडी‌से एक विशाल‌ पेड़ को काट दिया है

1.she said to us,”have you hewed/logged a titanic tree with your grinded axe?”

उन्होंने मुझसे कहा ,” क्या तुमने तुम्हारी खराब नीयत के कारण तुम्हारे आफिस में गबन‌ किया है?

2.they said to me,”have you manipulated in your office due to your malafide intention?”

present perfect continuous बदलेगा past perfect continuous

उसने हमसे कहा क्या तुम सुबह से एक दर्दनाक कहानी सुना रहे हो ?

1.he said to us ,”have you been narrating a poignant /pathetic story since morning?

उसने हमसे कहा क्या मेरी नशे की दशा से ही मैं चौरहे पर शराब पीकर‌ मस्ती कर रहा हु।

2.he said to us ,”have i been carousing at car fax since my intoxicated condition?”

past indefinite बदलेगा past perfect में

उसने मुझसे कहा ,”क्या गुस्से में तुमने उसकी बुरी तरह पिटाई की थी ?

1.she said to me ,”did you wallop him in your ire?”

उसने उससे कहा क्या मैंने दुकान से छोटी मोटी चीजें चुराई थी?

2.he said to him,”did i pilfer odd things from his shop?”

past continuous बदलेगा past perfect continuous में

उसने मुझसे कहा क्या मै नये कम्युटर को खोल‌ रहा था ?

1.she said to me,”was i dismantling a nascent computer ?”

मैंने उससे कहा क्या वे दंगों के दौरान एक पुलिस स्टेशन को आग लगा रहे थे?

2.i said to him “were they setting a police station on fire during riots?”
