एक बालश्रमिक अपना पेट भरने के लिए   अपने नाज़ुक हाथों से खतरनाक काम करता है  कभी कभी वह ग़लत संगत में पड़ जाता हो ओर‌‌ वह एक कुख्यात अपराधी बन जाता है।

सामाजिक दर्पण में एक डरवाना‌ प्रतिबिंब बन जाता है ।वह सुबह से शाम तक एक पटाखा उधोग ,चुड़ी उधोग ,आटो शाप  ओर कई खतरनाक उधोग में  कार्य करता । सशक्त शिक्षा पाना उसके लिए एक दिवा स्वप्न बन जाता है।वह परिवार और अपने मालिक के बीच एक कठपुतली बन जाता है ।

he becomes a horrified reflection in social mirror .he works in a fire crackers industry ,bangle factory and many precarious industries.to garner robust education becomes day dream for him.he becomes a puppet between family and owner.

जहां उसके एक तरफ कुंआ होता‌ है और दुसरी तरफ खाई । भाग्य की यह विडबंना है कि एक बाद श्रमिक  कोई अपराध नहीं करता मगर फिर भी ‌उसको अपने‌ बचपन में कठोर सजा भुगतनी पड़ती है।उसे अपने  इच्छाओ और‌ महत्वाकांक्षाओ का दमन करना‌ पड़ता है ।

where he is between devil and deep sea .this is irony of fate that a child labour does not commit any offence but he has to face RIGOUROUS punishment in his childhood .he has to supress his desires and ambitions.

एक आधुनिक समाज सच्चाई को या तो नकारता है या सच्चाई से मुंह मोड़ता है।बालश्रम कानुन‌ केवल मात्र कागजों की शोभा बन कर रह गया है ।कानुन के सामने एक बालश्रमिक का शोषण‌ किया जाता‌है और‌समाज एक मुक दर्शक की तरह इस तमाशे का मजा लेता है।इसलिए कहा जाता है दिया तले अंधेरा ।बालश्रमिक का मालिक उसको जानवरो‌ की तरह मारता है आंसु और सिसकियां उसके जीवन‌ का अभिन्न अंग बन जाती है ।एक शराबी पिता और असहाय मां के बीच वह एक मोहरा बन जाता है जहां उसके दुख दर्द को कोई नहीं समझ सकता है।बाल श्रम पर एक प्रभावी भाषण दिया जा सकता है मगर इसको मिटाने के लिए इस दिशा में कोई सख्त कदम नहीं उठाया जा सकता है।
